We curate a unique collection of “harmonized teas” — medicinal tea blends crafted by Tea Master Liu for both physical and emotional healing. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, these teas are designed to balance the energy of the Five Elements throughout the seasonal cycle. Tea Master Liu is the founder of Juécháhuì, a tea school where he transmits the essence of tea as a gateway to spiritual cultivation and Chan (Zen) philosophy.

COMPOSITION & USE

MOZHI harmonized tea combines 2017 Pu’er tea from ancient tea trees in Yunnan with 2019 Anhua dark tea from Hunan. After an initial fermentation process, the two teas were blended in 2020 in Shaanxi and processed like Fucha. During this full fermentation process, a unique probiotic bacterium, known as Corynebacterium or “golden flowers” (Yin Earth), develops. This probiotic helps maintain a healthy intestinal flora.

The taste of this tea is warm and mellow, with a descending Cha Qi (tea energy). After drinking it, you may feel a slight sweat over your body. This tea helps remove dampness from the body and is especially beneficial for daily consumption in humid climates or seasons. MOZHI is mild enough to be enjoyed on an empty stomach. As a fully fermented tea, it does not interfere with sleep. Designed by Master Liu, this distinctive tea invites us to embrace fully the Earth element.
