We curate a unique collection of “harmonized teas” — medicinal tea blends crafted by Tea Master Liu for both physical and emotional healing. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, these teas are designed to balance the energy of the Five Elements throughout the seasonal cycle. Tea Master Liu is the founder of Juécháhuì, a tea school where he transmits the essence of tea as a gateway to spiritual cultivation and Chan (Zen) philosophy.

COMPOSITION

For this harmonized tea, Master Liu combined three Shou Pu’er teas from wild tea trees in Yunnan, crafted in 2000, 2008, and 2019. The wild tea trees thrive in a rich ecological environment within forested mountains, infusing the leaves with vitality and healing properties. After harvest, the raw tea leaves are aged for over three years before undergoing a unique traditional fermentation process. The entire processing is carried out with negative ion air purification and water purification systems, minimizing the typical “warehouse” flavor often associated with fermented Pu’er teas.

USE

This harmonized tea is easy to brew, suitable for beginners, and can be steeped, simmered, or boiled. It has a warming effect, especially soothing for the abdomen. With its yang-nourishing qualities, this tea is particularly beneficial for those with irregular eating habits, a tendency to overeat, sensitive stomachs, or individuals who struggle with sleep after drinking other teas. When other teas are unsuitable, this one is generally a good choice. The taste is smooth and mellow, with a subtle sweet aftertaste.
